ViralStuffHub operates Creator Growth Studio. We collect the account information you give when you sign in, your creator profile and goals, and the research and activity kept in your workspace.
When you authorize an Instagram Professional account, Meta supplies the account ID, username, granted permissions, an access token, and permitted profile, media, and insight data. We store the token privately to refresh research within its authorization period. If you authorize messaging and comments, the pilot can also store incoming message or comment text, sender identifiers, and timestamps in your private review queue. That queue currently does not send replies or publish content. We do not ask for your Instagram password.
We use connected-account data to show your own performance, prepare sourced research briefs, and display authorized inbox items to the verified workspace owner. Our team may review research and support requests. We use service logs and limited account data for security, debugging, and preventing duplicate events. We do not sell your connected Instagram data.
Meta provides the Instagram connection. The workspace uses the ViralStuffHub account service for sign-in. Authorized staff can access data needed to operate and support the pilot. If an AI feature processes your data, its screen or workflow should identify that step before it is used; the current inbox review queue only stores and displays the received text.
You can revoke Creator Growth Studio access in Instagram's Apps and Websites settings. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically remove data already stored by ViralStuffHub. To request access or deletion of locally held data, follow our data deletion instructions or email shaanwe03@gmail.com. We verify ownership before changing a workspace. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes, or legal obligations. Meta handles its own copies under its policies.
